Scheduling
When scheduling a service with G & L Wastewater Services, typically a customer can call in the morning and we can have a truck available that same day especially for an emergency.
However, for customers that
would like an appointed time, we suggest scheduling that during our first
appointment time in the morning typically at around 8:30, otherwise you will
have to wait on our driver to call you when he is in route. Our trucks are
available Monday through Friday and arrangements can be made to be available on
the weekends but are subject to an additional weekend fee. Feel free to call our
office anytime to schedule and we ask you to leave a message for any reason if
we do not pick up before our voice message begins. We strive to return all calls
within a 30 minute time period during normal business hours. When scheduling a
service, please try to have the following information:
Septic Tank(s)
Size or Capacity
Approximate location of tank(s)
Time or day that
works your schedule
Address, phone numbers, etc.

Pricing
G & L Wastewater Services is fair, honest, and competitive for
the industry when it comes to our prices. Please call our office and we can try
to determine an approximate cost of our service. The more information the
customer provides the better the chances of establishing the actual cost of our
service. Our driver collects payment upon completion of service. We accept:
cash, check, money order, PayPal,Visa and Master Card.
